Bennifer - i just used some think foam sheets i found at walmart and cut out the shape of a fin and covered it in grey felt (i guess thats what its called) fabric which i also found at walmart. Also used felt to cut out teath and then i just lined them up around the outside edge of the hood and swewed em on. I also used velcrow strips on the fin and back of the hoodie so it could be pulled off
smart.
